This age-old practice of using the remarkable oils for the wellness of our body and mind is gaining importance again. Due to the busy and hectic schedules of most of the people today, the need to indulge oneself into spa and aromatherapy, is becoming urgent.
Aromatherapy has the power to penetrate not only within the body but also has the ability to recharge the emotional and mental setup of a person. Following are the major benefits that a person can achieve both physically and psychologically.

Some of these extracts are taken from herbs and tree leaves and might be very harsh on skin directly, hence they need to be diffused with some other oils like coconut oil, jojoba oil, almond oil etc. to make them subtle on skin.
