Ingredients for Bread Upma
* Bread - 10 Slices

* Onion - 2

* Carrot - 2

* Peas - 1 cup

* Capsicum - 1

* Green Chilly - 1

* Pepper - 1/2 tsp

* Mustard - 1 tsp

* Urad Dhal - 1 tsp

* Coriander leaves - small bunch

* Oil - as required

* Salt - as required

Methods to prepare Bread Upma
* Pour Salt water on bread slices and cut onto small pieces

* Cut Onion, Capsicum and Green chilly. Grate the Carrot and boil the Peas. Keep it all separately.

* Take a Pan, add oil and Mustard. After Mustard splitted, add Urad dhal, Onion, Green chilly, Carrot, Capsicum, Peas and Coriander Leaves

* Fry those vegetables well and add salt and Pepper

* Finally add Bread into these contents and Mix well. Bread Upma is ready

* Tomato Sauce is good combination for Bread Upma.
