Sometimes you get problems in conceiving due to illiteracy about basic knowledge. Thus you need to know the reasons because of which you are unable to conceive.

Any of the following could be the reason for problem for conception:
• Wrong intercourse : According to doctors, if the couple go for proper 'peno vaginal intercourse' then there comes no problem in conceiving. It is possible only when you know the correct method of this. Other reasons for not conceiving baby are- reduced sexual attraction, mis match of sexual excitement, pre mature ejaculation, abnormal tightness in foreskin or any infection, contraction in vagina, pain during intercourse and excessive tightness of hymen.
If you don't have any of above mentioned problems and you also know the correct method of 'peno vaginal intercourse', then your next step should be to examine 'semen analysis test' wherein sperms are counted.
• Low frequency: Sperms must meet with ovum (egg) for conceiving. Every month, ovum passes through any of the ovaries which remain alive for 24-48 hours. If this ovum contacts with the sperms then the chances of conceiving baby increases 95%. The chances of conception are highest on the 14th day before the first day of next due periods and higher on +5 and -5 days. Thus, if the frequency of sperms is low, then couple should make relation on 14th day before the first day of next due periods. The lady could get pregnant just by having relation for once on that day.
• Artificial lubricant: Nowadays, most of the people use artificial lubricant to enjoy more. Sperms could not reach to ovum due to these lubricants because of which conception becomes impossible. Thus it is advisable to avoid such lubricant and go for natural process.
• Not ovulation: Ovulation (egg process) could not happen properly in some ladies or remains irregular. Thus they think that they cannot conceive. But sonography can tell you about this. If the process of ovulation is not correct, then there are many treatments available to cure it. You need to contact gynecologist for this purpose.
• Damage of inner line of uterus: The inner line of uterus should be healthy to get pregnant. If it is damaged due to diseases like infection, STD, T.B. etc. then it becomes hard to conceive. However, tests can detect it and treatment could be followed.
• Blocked fallopian tubes: Ovum is passed to ovaries through fallopian tubes. If these tubes are blocked, then ovum will face problem to meet with sperms. The reason of blocked fallopian tubes could be infection or T.B. which can be cured.
• Not hold: When sperm and ovum meet, then there is probability of getting pregnant. But fi your body is unable to hold sperms at that time, then you cannot conceive. The reason for this is loose uterus. Most of the miscarriages happen due to this reason.
• Combined infertility: In most of the cases, only one partner has problem of infertility. But if both partners have problem of infertility, then it is impossible to conceive without treatment. Artificial pregnancy methods
