One of the most common food allergies are sensitivity to peanuts. allergic to peanuts can be very serious, but sometimes it can be overcome in school-age children. Nuts, pecans, pistachios, pine nuts and walnuts, is another common allergen. Sufferers may be sensitive to one or many, nuts. [14] Likewise, seeds, sesame seeds and poppy seeds also contain oils, where the protein is present, which may have an allergic reaction.

Egg allergy affects about one in fifty, but they are often overwhelmed by the children when they reach the age of five years. In general, the sensitivity of the protein in white rather than yellow.

Milk, cows, goats or sheep, is another common foods that cause allergies, and many patients can not tolerate dairy products like cheese. Lactose intolerance, a common reaction to milk is not actually a form of allergy. A small proportion of children with milk allergy, ten percent, will be a reaction to the meat. The flesh contains a small amount of protein present in cow's milk.

Other foods that contain allergenic proteins are soy, wheat, fish, seafood, fruits, vegetables, spices, dyes, synthetic and natural, chicken and chemical additives.
