The first and foremost primary cause of Toothaches are the decaying of teeth and which is common in both adults and children alike. Sugars and Starches are the most favorite food of the bacteria and micro-organisms living in our mouth and when then start to multiply beyond control, then it leads to infections, and tooth aches, tooth decay, deposition of Tar - Tar and Plaque and thus increase the acidic environment of our mouth.

1. Rinse mouth with warm water 3 to 4 times daily, after breakfast, lunch, dinner and also after having any food.

2. Dental floss helps in removal of all the food particles which get lodged in between the teeth and cannot be removed by any good toothbrush.

3. Take an OTC (Over The Counter) Painkiller drug to relive of the pain.

4. Visit your dentist if you have signs of infection like swelling, pain in the teeth while you bite, reddish with foul tasting discharge, difficulty in breathing and swallowing.
