Practice Pranayama. This is the best method.

Hi Mohammed Salim, Yes, Pranayama is one of the best to relieve so many ailments. But this breathing exercise which I have mentioned can be practised by any one at any place. This can be taught even to small kids. This will definitely help to relieve stress.

I always suggest my patients to do Pranayam regularly.
It is one of oldest and most effective way of reducing stress and extra CO2 from our body.
A regular 21 days practice is suggested to get better results.

pranayama is a wonderful way to overcome stress and a whole lot of ailments. an easy and cost effective way to keep fit. care should be taken by persons who have chronic diseases before starting on pranayama that too for a long time. it should be done under guidance for sometime before they can practice it regularly some people can faint when they retain breath for sometime and hence it should be done under guidance initially
