What I know is fish oil is good for health if taken under advisory by family doctors etc.

Over consuming anything is causing disorders as we know the lessons by mother nature.

In some cases the fish oil has adverse effects on the body as well mentioned by Steffany and Salim.

Basically I suggest to have Cod liver Oil in the form of capsules which are well recommended by all types of medical practitioners.

Be healthy.
