Patient monitoring is now easier with the Philips SureSigns VM6 monitor. The compact bedside monitor provides measurements include user-selectable 3 or 5-lead ECG, pulse oximetry, non-invasive blood pressure, respiration, basic arrhythmia, temperature, optional invasive blood pressure, and optional recorder.
The Philips SureSigns VM6 vital signs monitor is lightweight (just 3.2kg). It can be easily set up in a clinic, hospital or nursing home and even in an ambulance. The Philips SureSigns VM6 vital signs monitor is also easy to use and presents no difficulty in reading thanks to its clear colour displays on the 8.4" screen. There is also a bar code scanner for entering the patient ID.
Teaming up with the Philips SureSigns VM3 vital signs monitor is the Philips SureSigns Vital Signs Viewer (VSV). Like the monitor, the VSV is easy to set up and use. It does away with the need of a complicated central station to monitor many patients who are under the care of limited caregivers. This is due to the VSV’s unique functionality of displaying the data and one waveform from up to 12 patient monitors at a time. The VSV is thus a boon to nursing staff and caregivers. The SureSigns Vital Signs Viewer (VSV) comes with a mouse, keyboard, USB hub, 16-port router, step-by-step set-up guide, Instructions for Use, quick reference cards, and a service manual.
