Dear Aman,
Actually, it's not a disease but a hormonal imbalance.Dibetes is controllable and not curable. Patient has to change his or her lifestyle rather than to rely on medicines. Though medicine has it's importance but what works is disciplined lifestyle.

Diabetes :

The disease Diabetes is a slow, quiet, progressive disease.
Diabetes is not something that will go away on its own.
It can't be cured using conventional medications.
To treat the disease, the patient has to make some changes
in both his diet and lifestyle. The lifestyle and diet
changes are affordable to any one. Only thing you have to start it NOW.

How we can use pulses to control Diabetes.
The following pulses can help you control your sugar.

1. Green gram
2. Green peas
3. Horse gram
4. Black eyed bean
5. White gram
6. Bengal Gram

How to use it:
Sock any one of this about 50gms socked in water over night.
Cook it with husk and eat with all your three meals
You can make this as a curry also but it should be with it's husk.

If You are on travel fry the green gram with husk and keep with you. Eat at least two spoon with all the three meals.

Caution: Do not use Black Gram

The Sugar level will come reduced and you will be in good health.
