Pain in between shoulder blades

hello doctor, Iam a 21 year old female. I have been having pain in between shoulder blades since 4 months. Initially it was like diffuse ache on getting up in the morning and used to become somewhat better in the day only to worsen in night that i couldn't sleep for more than 4-5hours, the pain used to wake me up and i used to take pain killer. It used to reduce on taking tab.FLEXURA.D. Since 2 months i have been on pain killers everyday. Since 1 week i am on tab.PRENEUROLIN. There has been no improvement.Similar type of pain also comes along the ribs which increases on taking deep breaths. When i sleep, the part of the body(on my back or side or front if i lay dorsally) on which i sleep pains in the morning that any movement of the body gives rise to sharp pain.also if i bend my neck forwards it catches in the mid back on both the sides. Please advice if my present treatment can be continued and how long does it take to got cured?

Hello Anushuya
I would request you to have a Ultrasound Sonography to be done as many times pain in shoulder blades have its origin in the Abdomen. If possible have a Sonography done and do mention your reports here.
