The chances of spread of the HIV virus through infected food material (which in itself is a misnomer because HIV virus cannot survive in external atmosphere) or through Breast milk or through mouth or stomach mucus are very very bleak.
It can be only termed as one of the rarest entity to find a case of such a route of infectiousness to one in lakhs...
The HIV spreads in majority through Sexual contact and to some chances through injections and touch with infected blood.
Although the HIV do not reach the stomach but still, the acidity of the stomach is vety much enough to eliminate the virus.

Yes that's true that spread of the HIV virus through digestive system is very rare, the rare case being the one with the breach in the mucous membrane.
Secondly through food items is not possible. This reminds me of many rumors and stories saying foods mixed with HIV blood caused the disease. One recent issue is sending bulk messages regarding the cola products that blood of one of the worker(HIV positive) in the production unit is mixed with the contents and we should avoid those products. This is just to defame the Cola company and done for vested interests to panic the common people.
