Hello,
I m 22 years old. My weight is 75kg and height is 5 feet 7 inches
I usually suffer from breathing problem. I have been prescribed to take Seroflo-250.
But what i am suffering most is that wen ever I m doing anything like slow jogging,running, playing, I easily become out of breath and it take long time to come back normal. Doing very simple thing makes me out of breath. please help me.

Hello
According to 5 feet 7 inches, your weight should be in between 61 kgs to 66 kgs.
Taking an average of 63 kgs, it means you are 12 kgs overweight and it also results in getting out of breath easily.

Moreover, it will be more helpful if you give your Blood test results, Urine test results and also do a Blood lipid Profile.
