Hello Doctor, i am agila 24 yrs old actually past 1 year i suffered with ulcer for that i have been under went treatment for ulcer with gastrologist and i felt some what better. then again i having fever with stomach pain, back pain, lose bowel movement for past 25 days so consulted a doctor suggested me to take scan and i done it. In that scan report they mentioned that i have suffered with abdomen TB. Then again we went to our doctor who i consulted for ulcer. He tested with colonoscopy method and have taken biospy also FYI i am attaching the result herewith.
MACROSCOPY: Multiply Grey white soft tissue bits amounting to 0.2 g. A/E in one block.
MICROSCOPY: Sections studied from the received material shows bits of colonic mucosa. The lamina propria shows inflammantory cell infiltration composed of lymphocytes, plasma cells. The adjacent area shows large areas of necrosis and plenty of neutrophils. No granuloma or necrosis seen.
IMPRESSION: HISTOLOGICAL FEATURES COMPATIBLE WITH CHRONIC ACTIVE COLITIS.
and i have checked in the website and its shows that i am suffering from ulcerative active colotis.
Kindly advise me for the above what exactly i am suffering.
