Any excessive load which is undertaken by us as a part of given or self accepted responsibility, which does not get completely fulfilled even after appropriate and requisite measures taken gives a sensation of frustration of non completion of task which is termed as Stress.

Stress increases in its intensity when repeated failures fall in the path of completion of task.

Most of the times, the attempts made towards completion of the task are incorrect, which leads to failures towards completion of a task and thus correction in the task execution will eventually help reduce stress.

Rest in between various tasks and sleep are also a important part of stress busters as the human body and thus stress can be relieved in such a manner. All other modes in practice for relieving stress are but a phasic and temporary mode of relieving stress whereas working out towards removing the root cause of stress removal.
